We invite your organisation as a co-creation partner for the 2024 edition of the Gathering Of Tribes.
The Gathering brings together organisations actively working on all aspects of creating a better future for humanity. All the companies, communities, DAOs reinventing leadership, finance, entrepreneurship, agriculture, real-estate, tourism, education, personal development and religion aiming to build a life-affirming society which can thrive long-term.

The Gathering brings together organisations - companies, communities, villages, DAOs, NPOs, NGOs, religious congregations - building the new mosaic of a regenerative society.

In this dynamic time of transition to create thriving businesses and an economy that works for the good of people and the planet we need to connect across silos, linking inner development with organisational development, with new technology and new financial models. We need to heal the story of separation, reconnecting philosophy, spirituality, art, science, business and community.
The purpose of the Gathering of Tribes is to create connection-for-action across silos, energising collaboration and growth of the regenerative movement.

A partner builds a “camp” at the gathering, we will do everything we can to make it easy for you to participate - we sell the tickets and support you with a camp building incubator and organisation templates.

COMMIT
First, decide to participate, talk with the team and communicate your intention to participate by recording a Commitment Video, the team will add you to The Gathering portal and invite you to the camp builders incubator

Define your camp ticket price and policy, publish information about the camp.
Invite your network, partners, clients, team to join your camp.

Build your camp and publish the activities you are offering on The Gathering App. Dialogue, share, learn, dive deep into the topics that matter to you and connect for action.

The Gathering of Tribes 2024 will take place in a a private 22 acre-forest estate close to Ponte Lima, 40min north from Porto airport, offering easy access and an immersive experience into nature.
Will be available on-site: Wi-Fi, parking, community kitchens, showers and bathrooms, access to drinking water, electricity, indoors spaces, campsite, glamping (at extra cost), a lake to swim in, a forest to walk through and much to explore.
Why in nature?
Reinventing our relationship to the earth is key to regeneration. Meeting in nature makes it much easier to do this. There are many practical reasons why the forest is best suited for a regenerative gathering.
The outdoors is full of open spaces inviting spontaneous interaction. Not limited to rooms and lines of buildings, conversation can flow, and spontaneous dialogue circles emerge.
In nature we feel connected to our core nature, we are calmer and more creative, it is only from this mind space that the regenerative culture flows.
We invite this forest to host the gathering, ask it to inspire, guide and regenerate us.
FAQ
what is the programme?
The programme is co-created by all the participating partners & all participants. Each camp will define their own programme, which may be made up of workshops, activities, open sessions, team building sessions, exhibitions and experiences, and more. Your imagination is the limit!
what is the accomodation?
Participants stay on-site, bring your own tent, order glamping or a come in a campervan.
what do we eat?
There will be a number of delicious & nutritious food vendors, or you can cook in the community kitchen. For larger camps there is the possibility of setting up a camp kitchen or private catering.
HOW MUCH effort IS IT TO partner?
We’re doing everything we can to make participating easy, enjoyable and impactful. We invite you to our Camp Incubator, The Nest which supports you through the process: during the Nest meetings, we help you define your budget, build your page on our website, invite your tribe and co-design your programme with other camp builders.
what are the costs?
Every camp sets its own ticket price, the festival fee is 100€ per person for the full 5 days. This includes access to the land, water, sanitation and Pulse - the festival App
CAN I JOIN IF I DON’T BUILD A CAMP?
Yes. Many camps will have open tickets which means you simply need to choose which camp you have more resonance with, and purchase your ticket through our website.

Victor is a regenerative ecosystem catalyst, imagineer, for 10 years working to bring purpose built regenerative villages to life.
Victor's life is dedicated to growing the regenerative ecosystem, supporting the spread of regenerative ideas and collaborations to build regenerative villages and organisations. A life centred on the belief that the regenerative paradigm is the most promising movement today to build a better future for all life on earth.
Audrey is a regenerative ecosystem weaver.
Audrey has been managing large non-profit programmes and projects for the past ten years, focusing on designing, funding and leading initiatives that directly support the regeneration of the Earth, the creation of resilient communities and the development of a new paradigm.
